Easy Cheesy Healthy Recipe

This post is loooong overdue. The pictures are almost 2 months old, but the recipe is still very popular.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of len seeds

You can also add other spices and seeds.

Instructions

Pour everything into a bowl and mix it nicely together to form a lovely smooth base. Once done, the dough should go into the fridge for about 1 hour (in a tightly sealed container). However, it’s not necessary.

Once out the fridge, the real fun begins. Get ready! 🙂

Roll the dough to about 1/2 cm base and cut out different shapes and forms.

Place everything onto a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes on 170 degrees. Once, they are nice orange colour, take them out before they would dry out in the oven.

Enjoy!
